Initial Enrollment: Refund requests for courses may be considered if submitted within the first 7 days of enrollment, provided that no more than 20% of the course has been completed.
Withdrawal: For withdrawals made after the initial 7-day period, refunds may be granted on a pro-rated basis, depending on the percentage of the course completed and the reason for withdrawal.
Special Circumstances: Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Appropriate documentation may be required.
Note: Registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@olalingocampus.com or through our official refund request form available on our website. Please include your enrollment details, the reason for your request, and any supporting documentation.
Review: All refund requests will be reviewed by our administration team within 10 business days. We may contact you for further clarification or additional information if needed.
Decision: You will receive a written confirmation regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment originally used for enrollment.
Once approved, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed. In some cases, delays may occur due to banking procedures or other external factors.
OlalingoCampus reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, communicated to enrolled students. Continued enrollment in our courses will be deemed as acceptance of any changes to this policy.
